Local

Flat rate of R100 for door to door delivery to all main areas in South Africa.

If you are based in Durban and would like to collect your order from our Morningside studio, please select 'collection' as your shipping option when making your purchase and we will be in touch via email to arrange a collection date and time.

Please allow 2 - 3 days to process your order and an additional 3 - 5 days for delivery. Delivery may take longer for outlying areas.

International

 Watch this space! We will announce as soon as we start offering international shipping.

 

Returns

Local

We accept returns on the following conditions:

- A return request is made within 7 days after delivery. Please email edengoldcollection@gmail.com.

- The return is made within 14 days of the return request.

- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags still attached.

The customer is liable for return or exchange costs except for manufacturing fault.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

International

We unfortunately do not offer returns on international orders.
